Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Washed and Western. As a print-on-demand company, each product is custom-made for you after you place your order. Due to the nature of this process, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

We take great care to ensure the quality of every product. If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily provide a replacement or a refund.

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can quickly assist you.

  • We will process a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. There is no need to return the item.

Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will submit a claim with our fulfillment partner and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges for Wrong Size/Buyer's Remorse

Because each item is custom-printed for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, which includes:

  • Ordering the wrong size.

  • Disliking the color or fit of the product.

  • Simply changing your mind.

We strongly recommend checking our size charts before placing an order to ensure the best fit.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it is unclaimed at the post office, the customer is responsible for the new shipping cost to reship the order.
