Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Washed and Western. As a print-on-demand company, we create each product specifically for you once your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wider variety of designs and sizes while minimizing waste. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our process.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

After you place your order, we begin the fulfillment process. This is the time it takes for us to create your custom product. Our typical fulfillment time is 2–5 business days.

Shipping Times

Once your order is fulfilled, it is shipped directly to you. Shipping time is in addition to the fulfillment time. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to high-demand periods or carrier delays.

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Canada: 6–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the type and quantity of products in your order and your shipping address. The cost is a flat rate for the first item and a reduced rate for each additional item in the same category. For orders with products from different categories (e.g., a hat and a t-shirt), shipping costs may be combined or calculated separately based on the item type.

International Orders & Customs Fees

Shipments to countries outside of the USA may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely by country, so please check with your local customs office for details on these charges. We are unable to cover these fees.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, a new shipping charge will apply to reship your order.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Washed and Western is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with your neighbors or local post office.
